Sunflower has total power output of 50 Watts, and is intended for a treatment area with a 6 in. radius. However, the maximum power per channel depends on the routine that is run.
Is Sunflower covered by Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts?
Not yet, but we are always looking into solutions to make Sunflower more accessible to our customers!
How long does it take for a Sunflower to deliver from the day it ships?
JustLight opts for 2-day delivery via FedEx. We, however, cannot control any shipping delays once it leaves the warehouse.
How long and often can you use the light?
The max recommended use is twice per routine per day, once in the morning and once in the evening. While you cannot damage yourself from overuse due to the safety of our device, but you can minimize the positive benefit with overexposure.
Can I use Sunflower the day after surgery, or should I wait for a certain period?
Many studies have shown that red/NIR light therapy effectively speeds up the healing of skin lesions, including surgical incisions. However, you should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen.
I don’t see any stomach routines…can I use any of the existing routines on my stomach?
At this time there is not enough data on digestive issues for us to develop a reliable routine. Therefore, we have not implemented a routine for the stomach. We will always be sure to let our customers know as soon as new routines are available on our Sunflower app!
Can I get the Sunflower App on my iPad?
YES! You can download Sunflower for iPad using the same QR code that you scanned on your phone, or by visiting the App store and searching "Sunflower by JustLight".
I initially had no issues connecting my Sunflower to Bluetooth, but after letting friends and family connect, I can no longer reconnect.
Please try removing all connected devices from your phone and reconnect your device. If this does not work, you can also manually shut off the device (if the device is not currently running a routine), and reconnect with the desired phone.
